Our fixed fee model is designed for clarity and simplicity. It is calculated at monthly salary multiplied by 2,5-3, with the exact multiplier dependent on the complexity and seniority of the positions you’re hiring for. This approach ensures upfront cost visibility, allowing you to focus on finding the right talent for your team without any hidden fees or surprises.




For projects where our talent acquisition consultants work directly within your systems, we offer hourly pricing ranging from 750-1500 kr/h. The specific rate varies based on the seniority and expertise of our consultants, providing flexibility and transparency with billing.
