Alex Berozashvili

Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant

I’m Alex, the founder and lead Talent Acquisition Consultant at Intertalents. My focus is on recruiting for challenging roles within the IT & tech, cleantech and renewable energy sectors.

With a master’s degree in economics from KTH – Royal Institute of Technology and 15+ years of experience in business development and talent acquisition, I bring a blend of operational and strategic expertise.

I can help your organization grow at a pace that suits your needs by aligning business requirements with talent acquisition and delivering measurable results. Over the past two years, I’ve specialized in the cleantech and tech industries.

I have a hobby of collecting pens with unique features. It all began when I was 10 years old and bought my first pen, which could launch a mini plane from its top platform.

I’m Oscar, and my expertise lies in managing relocation and work permit cases. Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated myself to refining processes to ensure seamless transitions for individuals moving to Sweden.

With meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for assisting others, I’ve successfully navigated various relocation scenarios, prioritizing care and efficiency in handling each case. My experience also encompasses overseeing work permit procedures and coordinating housing arrangements, all while streamlining bureaucratic complexities to mitigate stress for both employers and employees.

On a lighter note, here’s an interesting fact about me: I have a fondness for glass vases, particularly those with fishing-themed designs.

Kamil Bialas

Strategic adviser

My name is Kamil Oskar Bialas, and I work as a Strategic adviser and part-time Relocation coordinator at Intertalents.

My background is in Engineering and Fire Safety. For most of my career, I’ve been working as a fire chief within municipal fire service and industry.

My commitment to Intertalents is mainly due to my great interest in Cleantech and the Renewable Energy Sector from the fire safety point of view – a field I’ve been exploring for the last 10 years, mainly focused on the energy and transport sectors.

With the sustainability revolution, new fire risks emerge and they aren’t to be afraid of; they are to be analyzed and mitigated.

On a personal level, I’ve been passionate about dance for the past decade, enjoying a range of styles including Argentine tango, salsa, ballroom, flamenco, folk, and casual club dancing.

Farrukh Zakriov

Sourcing specialist

I’m Farrukh Zakirov, and I work as a Sourcing specialist at Intertalents.

My main focus is sourcing candidates that align perfectly with our company’s needs.

Alongside this, I also assist with accounting tasks, balancing my professional responsibilities with my ongoing studies for a master’s degree in Accounting at Uppsala University.

I bring a strong commitment to quality and genuine enthusiasm for matching talent with opportunity. It’s a privilege to contribute to our team’s success, and I’m excited to collaborate with you all to achieve our goals.

Outside of work, I find peace and energy in nature. Whether I’m swimming or taking a leisurely jog outdoors, connecting with the natural world helps me recharge.
